What’s the 14 day ‘Change of Mind’ refund?
You can cancel a voucher within 14 days of purchasing it and get a full refund of the cost of the voucher. Gift vouchers, gift certificates and vouchers purchased with a gift certificate do not qualify for this refund policy. Refund requests can be submitted in your member portal, or by clicking on ‘Manage Voucher’ at the top of almost any page. You can get all the details on our T&C’s page.
What’s the ‘48 Hour Unsatisfied’ refund?
If you believe that the service you received was not how it was described on our site, you can claim a full refund of the cost of that voucher within 48 hours of redeeming it. You can get all the details on our T&C’s page.
How do I use a gift certificate to buy a voucher?
Lucky you, you've got a gift certificate. Using you certificate is easy. Simply add the voucher(s) you'd like to buy with your gift certificate to the cart page. On the cart page click on 'Use a Gift Certificate' and enter your gift certificate number, then click on 'apply'. If the voucher(s) you're buying are more expensive than your gift certificate value, we'll adjust the balance of your gift certificate and send you a new one.
If the voucher(s) you're buying are more expensive than your gift certificate, then you'll be required to pay the difference. Don't Worry, well work all the sums out for you.
How does MojoGuru work?
Simply search for a particular service using the categories at the top of each page, then filter the results to select a voucher. Or enter a service or symptom in the search field and the site will provide therapies that may help with information on each one. Then filter the results and select a voucher.
How do I use a voucher?
We send vouchers via the purchasers chosen delivery method. Your voucher will have all the information you need, including the providers details. Simply contact the provider & book your service. Once you’ve received your service, tell the Provider your voucher number and email address. Your voucher is full payment for the service.
What is a Gift Certificate & how do I use them?
A gift certificate is a voucher that can be used to purchase anything on MojoGuru.com.au. They’re great gifts when you don’t have a specific service in mind. To use your gift certificate simply add the voucher you’d like to purchase to the cart and click on ‘use a gift certificate’ on the shopping cart page. If the voucher you’re buying is cheaper than the value of your gift certificate, your gift certificate will remain active for the difference in value. If you’re buying a more expensive voucher, you’ll be asked to pay the difference. You can learn more about gift certificates on our T&C’s page.
How do the reviews work?
The reviews are there to help you choose a Provider. Only people who've redeemed a voucher can review that voucher, guaranteeing that all the reviews are genuine.
I’ve lost my voucher or gift certificate?
Members can view/print/download all their vouchers in the ‘My Vouchers’ tab in their Member Portal. All vouchers can also be opened from the Manage a Voucher page. If you’re still having trouble please contact us and we’ll help you out.
Who is the Provider on a voucher I’m looking at?
All Providers on the site are only certified by us if they meet our quality and professional education standards. When you receive your voucher it includes all the Providers details. If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase you can cancel it within 14 days and get a refund of the voucher price. If the service isn’t as described then you can claim a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the service.
Can I exchange my voucher?
Yes. All active vouchers can be exchanged for any other voucher on the site as many times as you like, and always for free. Members can exchange vouchers in their member Portal and anyone can exchange a voucher on the Manage a Voucher page. This works by you providing the details of the voucher you’d like to exchange then adding the voucher you want to the shopping cart. We’ll reduce the cost of your new voucher by the value of the one you’re replacing. You can get all the details on our T&C’s page.
Can I set a future delivery date?
Yes. At the bottom of the delivery section on the shopping cart page there’s a blue bar. You can set a future delivery date there. Your voucher will be sent immediately unless you specify a future date.
Will I pay more buying through MojoGuru?
No – absolutely not. Our agreement with every Provider is that they must list their services on our site at the same price or cheaper than they charge direct customers. We’re strict on this. If you’re aware of any provider offering a cheaper price in store, please contact us – we’ll reward you if our investigation confirms this.
Is my transaction & information safe?
Yes. All transactions on our site are through PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account though. Additionally we use SiteLock security to protect your information from hackers, viruses & malware, and to be PCI compliant. Who owns the customer?
Nobody. We don’t believe that customers should be owned. When we send you a new customer, feel free to add them to your marketing list and market directly to them. We want these customers to purchase from you time and time again.

What if a customer requests a refund, will I still get paid?
We take these refund requests seriously and investigate each one on its own merits. If the customers refund request does not meet our T&C’s, then it will be declined and the Provider gets paid as normal. If the refund request does meet our T&C’s, then we refund the cost of the voucher back to the customer, in which case neither the Provider nor MojoGuru gets paid. The main reason why we may refund a voucher is if the service was not supplied as per its description. You can see all the details on our T&C’s page.
What are the risks of listing on MojoGuru?
There’s no monetary risk as we never ask you for any money. There could ancillary risks such as reputational risk if you receive negative ratings and reviews and time risk if you don't sell enough vouchers. If things aren't going to plan please contact us and we'll work with you.
